arrow street apartments

client: dewhurst dent plc

The huge area and mass covered by the mill is proposed to be a large resident’s landscape. The limits of the site are bound by double banked apartments to all but Snowden street where a second landscape, forms a publicly viewed space creating exciting views for existing residents. A third space is formed by the dynamic direction of Arrow street where entry/ arrival patterns allow disabled parking and a turning head.

Each wing of the project has double loaded plan about a central circulation route, creating pairs of blocks as a result allowing each elevation to have a clear objective, whether that be existing facing buildings, or orientation requirements.
