The layout of the site reinforces the urban fabric of the immediate context with the houses arranged into 3 terraced rows. The 3 storey houses are grouped in pairs with projecting bays that relate to the style and character of the adjacent properties.
The elevations make reference to the existing housing context and are composed from a simple palette of materials consisting of red multi brick and a limited use of render and zinc cladding.
